+ How do I purchase tickets?

They can be purchased at the door August 16. Cash and credit card accepted. Sorry, no checks!

Advance tickets can be purchased through TicketFly and at The Fish studios (cash only).

All sales final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges after purchase has been completed.

+ How much are tickets?

Please note that a $2.00 per ticket service fee applies to all ticket purchases, except for cash sales at the door on August 16.

+ What does a VIP ticket include?

The VIP (SOLD OUT) section is directly in front of the stage (extending the length of the stage). VIP includes: Premium seating area in front of stage, early entry into Fish Fest, and a Fish Fest t-shirt.

+ Are kids free?

Kids 5 and under are FREE. Children ages 6-12 require a child's ticket and children 13+ require an adult ticket for General Admission.

+ Is there a group discount?

No. Ticket prices are lower than year's past and with a full day of music, you are getting a lot of bang for your buck.

Venue & Parking

+ Where is Fish Fest held?

Fish Fest will be held in Riverfront Park in Salem located at 200 Water St NE, Salem, OR 97301.

+ When do doors open?

Fish Fest starts at 2:30pm with doors opening at 1:00pm for General Admission. Doors open for VIP ticket holders at 12:30pm.

+ Is there re-entry?

Re-entry will be allowed with hand-stamp only (obtain your hand stamp when you enter the event, or before you leave the gates)

+ Where can I park and how much is parking?

Parking is FREE and available surrounding the park and downtown Salem. Click here to check out Salem's parking guide (Rivefront Park is on the left side of the map).

+ Can I bring my pet to Fish Fest?

No. Pets will not be allowed in Fish Fest unless they are an ADA service animal.

+ What can't I bring into Fish Fest?

Please don't bring the following:

  • Outside food or drink
  • Umbrellas
  • Pets (except ADA service animals)
  • Drugs or Alcohol
  • Firearms
  • Bikes or skateboards

Seating

+ Is seating reserved?

No. Seating in all sections is on a first-come, first-served basis on the grass, so please arrive early for the best possible seats.

Both General Admission and VIP are welcome to bring blankets or chairs to sit on and are encouraged to bring low-back (beach) chairs for the consideration of others. Absolutely no umbrellas will be allowed as not to block the view of other festival goers — so bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen!

+ Where's the VIP area?

The VIP (SOLD OUT) section is directly in front of the stage (extending the length of the stage) and is limited on the number of people who will be in that area, restricted to those holding VIP tickets for admittance/re-admittance.

+ Where do General Admission sit?

The General Admission area includes the lawn/ground seating not fenced off for the VIP section.

+ Is there handicap seating?

Accommodations can be made for handicap seating in all ticket levels — please see a security team member the day of the show and they can assist you. Please be aware that the venue is a grass field.

Food & Drink

+ Can I bring my own food in?

No. Outside food and drink will not be allowed inside Fish Fest. However, there will be plenty affordable and delicious dining options in the food court.
